- If you catch a ball the person who threw it is out and 1 team member of yours comes back into play.
- If you are holding a ball, and you deflect another ball with the ball in your hands, you are not out. However, if the ball you are holding is knocked out of your hands by the other ball, then you are out.
- If a ball hits you and then is caught by another person on your team before it hits the ground, then you are not out, the person that threw it is eliminated, and 1 member of your team returns to play.

If each team has the same number of wins during the current round when the horn sounds, then the team with more people on the court is the winner of the entire round. In the event that each team has the same number of remaining players, then the next player to be eliminated will determine the winning team.
